The purpose of this presentation is to present the findings from a narrative literature review that was conducted to understand nurses’ practices with persons with opioid use disorder (OUD). Nurses are a sizable portion of the health care workforce; therefore, understanding their unique, disciplinary contributions for people with OUD is important.
