What’s new: Our end of year survey for coalition members revealed nearly 75% of participants are feeling a moderate to very high state of burnout or chronic stress.

Feedback highlights that burnout is most often driven by capacity challenges rather than lack of commitment. While several partners emphasized the importance of boundaries and self-care, the overarching theme is clear: dedicated leaders are deeply committed to the work, but sustained investment in staffing, structure, and support is critical to maintaining a healthy and effective coalition network.
