Here’s the proof. In a survey of more than 800 people, we found that the quality of the relationships between members of a team has an enormous impact on how well that team performs. Specifically, respondents report that nearly half of a team’s likelihood to perform well is explained by the strength of the relationships on that team.
Ultimately, teamwork takes more than talent. No amount of individual talent can make up for poor relationships and ineffective interactions at work. Success depends on how well people work together. Crucial Teams and the Strength Deployment Inventory offer insights and skills to ensure individuals and teams improve relationships and realize results.
