The Ball Foundation funds nonprofit organizations in U.S. communities where Ball operates.
Grantmaking focuses on three priority areas:
- recycling education and infrastructure,
- STEM education and career pathways, and
- disaster relief and preparedness.
The Foundation prefers applications for specific, measurable projects rather than general sponsorships. Applications are reviewed biannually, with deadlines in May and September.
