Objectives:

At the end of presentation, the participant will be able to

1. Describe the US Surgeon General’s 2022 framework for workplace mental health and well-being, which includes work-life harmony.

2. Examine a 5-step approach to work-life harmony and career and life planning.

3. Apply the 5-step approach to work-life harmony and career and life planning to your own career as a health professional.
